We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing Time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. Your order will ship within 1-3 business days on payment received. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to ship from our warehouse to the destination. It usually takes 14-21 business days. However, factors such as delayed logistics, weather, or customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.

TRACKING & LOOKUP Once your order ships out, you will receive an email with your tracking information, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

TAXES & DUTIES (Outside United States) Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the product. If that happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately at [email protected].
REFUSE DELIVERY Please note, should an order shipped to you be returned back to us due to either being refused, unclaimed or because of an incorrect shipping address you had given us, you will be charged a $5.00 order reprocessing fee plus a minimum $10.00 shipping and handling.
DELIVERY DELAYS Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. EMERGENCY SITUATION Order delivery delayed due to acts of nature: our store shall not be liable and will not issue any refund or credit if an order delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the shipping carrier’s control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters or weather delays.
